Idk whether i should stop calorie counting and just focus and WHAT im eating or not. I suck at portion size and i think i’ll binge a lot more if i stop. Ugghhh i cant decide!
I’ve been conflicted with the same thing lately.
Breakfast intake:
- 2eggs with 1/4 avocado and some red onions (~200 calories)
- Chobani Raspberry and Choco chip + some carob chips (~140 calories)
- Teacup of Yogi Green Tea

Sheesh, today was a good workout with my trainer… I seriously struggled while I tried to go down the stairs.
When I’m surrounded by people who don’t have the same eating habits, it’s easy to get off track. Because I eat really healthy, they say that “I eat grass” haha… But the joke is on them, I suppose.

Food Intakes and Workouts
Lunch
-Salad: spinach, pineapple, red onions, kelp noodles, tomato and cucumber -Hummus and carrots -1/2 apple with chocolate mousse/pudding (my splurge)
Dinner -Turkey, Bacon, Guac sub (Size small) from Quiznos. My friend and I were hungry and we didn’t have any more food leftover from our lunch.
Workout:
-Box jumps - 5 reps x 3 sets -Walking/Sprinting Baton pass for at least 3 times -...

Breakfast Log
I wanted to try the pancake recipe from UndressedSkeleton and loved it.
Ingredients:
1 egg 1 banana 2 tbs of chia seeds (not necessary) Carob chips (somewhat like chocolate chips)
Mix it all up and cook on stove like regular pancake! It’s awesome.
I used amber agave for my syrup. Mmm, so delicious. I should have taken pictures.

This is what happened...
I started this whole weight-loss journey in 2011 and I’m ready to hit it hard and finally accomplish my goals in 2013. I’ve had some setbacks. I think this happens often with people but I’m ready to conquer those setbacks again.

So I abandoned Tumblr for a while again - but that is changing, for real, this time.
I’ve had my setbacks and my I’m ready to get back on track again.
April is a new month. Here’s to continuing this goal to be lean, fit and strong. :)

Wow, it's been a long time....
Wow, I haven’t updated my tumblr in a very long time. Woops! I’ve been quite busy…
but anyway, I have made much progress in my weight-loss journey! I started at 162 and now I am at 131.2 pounds! I was originally size 10/12…. but now I am fitting into size 2 pants… It’s insane. I will post another progress photo soon enough.
